Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build and maintain robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our AI-powered sales agents. As a critical member of our team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, enabling seamless delivery of our solutions to clients around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven sales agents.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure optimal system performance and cost efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to implement scalable and secure solutions for AI training, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for uptime and reliability.
- Ensure security best practices are followed, including system hardening, access controls, and vulnerability assessments.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and implement backup strategies to protect critical data and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in system administration and software development.
- Proficiency in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and optimizing for cost and performance.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
