Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Psychologist to design, refine, and implement psychological frameworks that enhance the effectiveness of our AI sales agents. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our agents use proven psychological principles to build trust, influence decision-making, and ultimately convert users into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and apply psychological theories and methodologies to develop effective sales strategies for AI agents.
  • Design chatbot conversation frameworks that incorporate principles such as social proof, scarcity, reciprocity, and authority.
  • Collaborate with product developers, data scientists, and linguists to ensure the seamless integration of psychological principles into chatbot algorithms.
  • Analyze user behavior data to refine and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychology, AI, and sales to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate the performance of sales techniques implemented within the chatbot framework.
  • Train internal teams on key psychological sales principles to enhance overall understanding and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field with a focus on sales psychology, consumer behavior, or persuasion.
  • Proven experience applying psychological principles to sales, marketing, or user experience design.
  • Strong understanding of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and its applications in sales and communication.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to translate complex psychological theories into actionable sales strategies for AI-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or chatbot technologies is a plus.
